I recently visited this Tesla service center and I have to say, the experience was phenomenal! I’d give them a solid 5 stars. They fixed my door handle and the camera, and I’m absolutely satisfied with the results. Highly recommend them!

!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Firstly, I received an item that had already been used and was not complete, which in itself is just ridiculous. After a complaint, I received a new set. After 3 weeks the system was defective. Tesland refused to exchange my item even though the warranty was still valid. Never again! Use hansshow instead. A professional and reliable company for Tesla accessoires.

Do not buy anything from them without using PAYPAL! I bought battery from Tesland. They did not labelled the package and they did not even tell DHL that there is dangerous goods in the box. Of course, the battery has been damaged and acid all over in the box. I sent it back with DHL. I tried to claim with Tesland they are not helpful at all. I went through PayPal that is how I managed to get a refund. Cowboys! In the end DHL destroyed the battery.

Wonderful!! Very clean and modern facilities. Extremely competent and professional owner and team. It was an absolute pleasure to come (drove over from Hamburg, Germany). They were able to fix the problem at a fraction of the cost of Tesla & using better components. While we were there, we also got our screen lining wrapped. Looks fantastic. Left with the media system working better than when it was new. Highly recommend!!
