Wij hebben helaas een zeer teleurstellende ervaring gehad met dit ICT-bedrijf. Voor een midden- en kleinbedrijf is dit absoluut geen geschikte partner. De communicatie laat zwaar te wensen over. Tijdens het traject bleek het contact met de organisatie chaotisch en ongestructureerd. Tot onze verbazing verdween onze vaste contactpersoon plotseling zonder enige vorm van overdracht naar de rest van het team. Dit zorgde voor een enorme stagnatie en frustratie. Ook de nazorg na opzegging van diensten is ronduit slecht. Er lijkt geen enkele prioriteit te liggen bij het oplossen van problemen of het bieden van ondersteuning. Daarentegen zijn ze wel erg goed in het sturen van facturen, zelfs als de geleverde diensten niet aan de verwachtingen voldoen. Het bedrijf lijkt vooral gericht op grotere klanten en toont weinig tot geen interesse in de behoeften van kleinere organisaties. Het advies dat wij ontvingen over de cloud en diensten voor non-profitorganisaties was bijzonder matig. Het leek erop dat ze liever dure, overbodige oplossingen aanbieden in plaats van een passend en kostenefficiënt advies te geven. Kortom, als u een MKB- of non-profitorganisatie bent, raden wij aan om een andere ICT-partner te zoeken. Dit bedrijf is duidelijk niet geschikt als betrouwbare en betrokken partner.
